We believe good milk from good taking care goats will give a good cheese. Therefore we ensure our goats are treated with care, respect, and free of any hormones , or feed additives, and allow them to enjoy their natural behaviour.
We making goat cheese with traditional techniques to present our special goat milk. It is our big challenge and we love to do it.
